Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures. Supporting the CEO, COO and colleagues with administration requests. Supporting the HR and Finance department. Maintaining internal databases. Organising staff travel. Organising regular social and team building events. Assisting the sales department with new vendor set up forms and communication with clients, Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Working with various departments in the company and be the person to deal with any office resource or administrative issues. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in SAGE 50 accounts. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
