Customer Perceptions, our consumer research division, is a leading provider of critical information for managers of retail & service businesses. Also established in 1995, it has recently produced its 500,000th Mystery Shopping Report. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, fluent written English, and the ability to quickly produce content for various campaigns. Therefore market Research and Competitor Analysis will be an important aspect of this role. The candidate must have a broad knowlegde of marketing principles, the sales process and understand the crossover between the marketing and sales funnels. The candidate must be skilled in using technology and comfortable with maintaining workflow rules in the CRM that control the delivery of content using timers and the awarding of lead scoring baased on prospect activity. The successful candidate will be self motivated and be able to work off their own initiative to generate leads and manage a varied workload in the areas of outbound and inbound marketing activities, follow-up, CRM setup and administration, market research, competitor analysis and content writing, reporting and metrics. The Job Role. Manage PPC campaigns. Monitor and analysing Google Analytics. Design of landing pages. Creating and managing Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns. Planning and management of digital budget spend. Lead follow up and be proactive in the customer conversion journey, ensuring all leads are recorded and qualified and passed on in a timely manner. Sourcing of lists of contacts for outbound marketing. Manage CRM activities: importing contacts, managing workflows, monitoring activity and reporting weekly. Report on the progress of conversion optimisation on a monthly and quarterly basis through the delivery of KPI reports. Identify digital sales optimisation opportunities through metrics and market analysis. Responsible for the clarity of our message, fine tuning our message, developing and enticing proposition and planning all the digital marketing activities needed to promote the business. Essential Skills. Candidate must have 3+ years experience in a commercial/retail organisation and a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Must have proven results delivering performance improvements via Search Engine Optimization and Social Channels along with experience with Search Engine Optimization, Social, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, Pay Per Click preferably in a B2B environment. Must be GDPR aware and possess an up to date understanding of the changes to data protection rights of our clients and their customers. Be able to manage PPC campaigns, with an in-depth knowledge and experience of google adwords, PPC , display and remarketing. Monitoring and metrics are important and the candidate must have the ability to analyse and compile data for weekly reports from Google Analytics, CRM and Web Console.(Essential. Be able to plan and manage the digital budget spend, review and tuning of adword performance. Experienced with identifying the value proposition and delivering clarity of message in marketing materials. Have a good understanding of Web Design, to enable the candidate to design forms, landing pages etc with tracking codes. Desirable Skills. Creating and managing Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns. Graphic Design Skills using Photoshop, Gimp or similar. Experience with AgileCRM. Experience of working in a sales environment and having customer facing experience.
