My client is a Globally Recognised Brand Leader in the beverage manufacturing industry. As this business continues to grow and expand both nationally and internationally, they have implemented a new operation excellence programme. As a result, they now have an immediate vacancy to recruit a recognised Technical Trainer, who will be supporting the Learning and Development Specialist. Job Description. Your position within the company will be the “Technical Trainer”. You will be responsible for all training of new staff members on all aspects of the bottling and packaging lines within the company. You will be supporting the Learning and Development Specialist in the making and updating of Training Programmes and Manuals. These manuals and programmes which you will be developing will be specific to the needs of each shift-based team. You will be responsible for the execution and delivery of all training as the business requires. You will be responsible for the carrying out audits of training interventions to ensure the effectiveness of the training delivery. You will be interacting with Line Managers to ensure the training that is being delivered is relevant. Key Skills required. The ideal candidate will present with: A minimum of 24 Months experience in a Manufacturing environment. BEngTech/ HCEng in either Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing, plus 12 months Manufacturing Experience. Delivering training muse be a significant part of your past roles. Person Specification. A Senior Operator with Training and Development Experience, OR An Operator who has progressed into a training and development role. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
