Through a continued increase in business, we have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant for our Science, Pharmachem and Food division , to manage and further develop this portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for relationship development and account management of existing clients; identification and development of new client and business opportunities; sourcing high-skilled candidates using a mix of advertised search, database search, social media, and headhunt techniques; managing the recruitment process through the interview and selection stages through to offer; managing and completing the offer negotiation process; and bringing client assignments to a successful conclusion. You will have access to a considerable client portfolio, including many preferred supplier accounts; you will work with a substantial and effective database, and you will be fully supported by back-office functions. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment you will need to be tenacious, hard-working, customer focussed, results driven, reliable, and professional. Full induction and training will be provided to the successful candidate, as well as ongoing support. You will work as part of a dynamic recruitment team, which seeks to continually enhance and improve its service offering.
