HR Generalist. CPL HR are seeking a HR Generalist on a 10 month Maternity leave contract for a not for profit organisation in West Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and able to use their own initiative. They will have strong relationship building and project management skills. Key Responsibilities. Providing advice and assistance on any company policy queries and ER issues. Providing accurate expert advice on all aspects of people management. Support the performance review processes, identifying areas of improvement which enhances employee performance & engagement. Support the delivery of HR processes and programmes e.g. talent management, compensations & benefits, coaching etc enhancing the employee lifecycle. Develop and maintain an effective and compliant HR Administrative service. Role requirements. Degree in HR or related discipline. 3+ years in HR Generalist role. Full clean driving license & transport. Excellent knowledge of HRIS. Problem solving & Decision making skills.
