Carty Property Advisors currently have an opportunity for a Senior Negotiator to join our team. Our well-established company provides a range of services such as residential and commercial sales, lettings, property management and valuations. Qualifications & requirements: MIPAV or equivalent with residential valuer qualifications. PSRA Licence holder. Experience of residential property sales. Car owner with full drivers licence. Flexible to cover appointments outside normal working hours. Have excellent negotiation skills and be target driven. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Have good telephone manner with excellent communication skills. Be motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking. One of the key requirements of this position will be the. ability to generate new business.
