Three Q PERMS & TEMPS is an employment, temping and recruitment agency in Dublin 1 and we are recruiting a Trainee Temp Consultant to join our team and we want to hear from you. You will play a key role in Three Q's Quality standards and service delivery as you are the clients first point of contact with the company - long before they meet our TEMPS, you are the person they will come to know. About the job: Client & Hours Management & Development - responding quickly to client's temp hours and recruitment needs as well as building strong ongoing working relationships. Updating clients on all available temps & introducing new temps to on-going contracts. TEMP's Management & Development - Recruiting and matching the right TEMPS with the right clients to ensure maximum hours are filled. Being the consultant a TEMP worker says yes to when you need emergency cover for our clients. Delivering a Quality Service - Compliance with regulatory standards, client compliance - driving the highest quality standards ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures. Key Job Duties and Qualifications: 2 years experience in office administration, customer service or sales. Excellent PC Skills & an aptitude for learning new systems and processes. Incredible communication skills -spoken & written. Negotiation Skills - getting a yes from clients & TEMPS on a daily basis.
