Duties of the role. To provide a confidential and discrete administrative and research support to the HR Operations & OD Functions; Assist with the administration of: - Reference checking. Core. Filling. GDPR. Weekly Employee tracker. Payroll. To provide support to the Reception team as required; To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks that can arise , giving high quality customer service at all times; Ah hoc duties as they arise. Education & Experience. A Diploma level qualification a HR or related discipline is desirable. 1-2 years’ experience in an Administrative or HR Admin role. In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential. Ability to use social media platforms; Organized individual with great attention to detail. Effective communication skills.
