Training and Development Manager - Food Retail. As Training & Development Manager your role will require you to work between the Company food stores, designing, implementing and training on both hard skills and soft skills. You will train on store standards, procedures, training programmes for the store and all levels of employees. You will align the training material and strategy to the culture within the Company, ensuring the highest standard of quality, customer service and cleanliness. You will work with key partners to develop soft skills to retain, develop and progress our store management teams.
