Cpl are recruiting for a senior HR generalist to work with a leader in the finance industry. Based on a 6 month contract, the ideal candidate should, be driven and self-motivated and have experience in a busy environment. Duties and responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of new joiners, including interviewing, reference checks and preparing induction packs. Reporting and tracking annual leave, unpaid leave and maternal/paternal leave. Improving and reviewing HR policies and procedures and employee manual. Administration of employee benefits including healthcare and pension. Responsible for all HR related correspondence and HR related enquires from employees. Assist in annual review processes, bonus reviews, salary reviews and preparation of the Compensation Committee papers for board meetings. Organising and planning for internship programs, international secondments and graduate programmes. Preparing payroll memos on a monthly and bimonthly basis, while logging all payroll activity and preparing monthly headcount reports for the board. Support in the role of HR projects, wellness initiatives etc. HR forecasting for the finance dept. Daily admin and reporting for the HR manager. Qualifications: Candidates must hold a degree and a CIPD accreditation would be beneficial. 6 years HR experience, ideally in a financial or professional services. Ideal Candidate: A professional organised individual who can work well under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good IT skills. Flexible and adaptable who is also a good problem solver.
