Peter Mark - Salon System Support Operator. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated In house Salon System support operator to join our busy Team in Dublin City Centre! Purpose: Servicing calls from our internal helpline to assist our Managers and Salon Co-ordinators in relation to queries about the Salon Software EPOS system. This would involve reconciliation of transaction variances, payment types, gift card transactions, Card payments ,appointment bookings and reporting. Key Activities include: Call Answering, Reporting, Emails and Messaging. Responsibilities of the Role. • Servicing call support, investigation and resolution of all cash control discrepancies from our 75 salon outlets. • Servicing queries and application of resolutions to Salon Software system, Gift Card and Card payment solutions. • Reporting on reconciliation and KPIS as set out by Systems Manager. • Liaise with our Technical Support Team on software issues and hardware maintenance issues. • Education of Salon Managers and Receptionists of approved Salon software system features and updates. • Any other tasks that may be reasonably required from time to time in order to adequately discharge the duties of the post. The role is full time 39 hours and is fully flexible 5 days over 7. Working days vary and rotate from 8am to 4pm or 1pm to 10pm. Person Specification. • Must have proven ability in Excel and MS Office. • Must have IT literacy and Fluent Written and Verbal English. • Have excellent accuracy and numeracy skills. • You must be a confident communicator and have the ability to deliver full training sessions. • Have a passion delivering a consistently excellent service to all. • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. • Will need to love problem solving. • Have proven ability to work with a team in a fast paced pressure environment. • Confident manner backed by genuine professional integrity and an enthusiasm for a demanding varied role. • Compassionate towards others skills and abilities. • Must have ability to work with initiative. • Must have capacity to multitask. • Ability to deliver within deadlines. • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills. • Embrace and represent our internal Brand Values of Teamwork, Respect, Excellence, Integrity, Consistency and Fun. • Knowledge of Salon Software booking systems / Retail EPOS Systems would be beneficial.
