This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Pharmaceutical Engineer to join one of the most attractive Pharma manufacturing sites in Cork in a permanent capacity. You will be responsible for owning the Process Lifecycle Validation program for new and existing products. You`l lead and support process improvement projects for established processes utilising best available new technology, analytical and statistical tools (e.g. MVA, PAT). You will also develop and execute equipment cleaning strategy optimisation projects and implement solutions to release constrained capacity as well as plan and lead technical transfers for future product introduction on site. Develop / execute equipment cleaning strategy optimisation projects recognising adverse trends and implement solutions to release constrained capacity. Plan and lead technical transfers for future product introduction on site. Lead /support cross functional problem-solving teams for troubleshooting and investigations. Manage / execute the Process Lifecycle Validation program for new and existing products from design to retirement. Technical and Validation SME to support all regulatory/ corporate inspections, internal audits and regulatory compliance activities. Partner with Engineering & Maintenance and contribute to equipment changes / introduction projects on the site. Preparation, review and approval of technical documents, CAPAs, change control, deviations and KPI metrics. About You: Minimum requirement is an Honors Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering with 5 years experience in a pharmaceutical environment. Preferred candidate would have Master Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering with 5 – 8 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical environment. Self-driven and keeps up to date with regulatory, technical developments within the industry. Focus on patients and customers at all times. Hold an EU Passport.
