Main Duties: Greeting and support of callers by phone. Greeting and support of visitors including providing refreshments where relevant. Boardroom / Meeting Room set up as needed by management and staff. Offsite Meeting arrangements and set up as needed by management and staff. Organise/ assist with organising social events, and other corporate events. Looking after distribution of incoming and outgoing post, and maintaining the franking machine. Control, amend , update to SAP and distribution of sales specifications and safety data sheets to customers and other parties. Assist Quality & Compliance personnel with various tasks. Data analysis and data entry support for Operations, Quality, Finance and Sales as required from time to time. General administrative duties. Other projects and tasks that may be assigned by management. Skills and Experience. IT literate inc. Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point; Adobe applications. SAP or equivalent ERP experience an advantage. Confident using the phone and welcoming visitors to the office. This job originally appeared on
