Technical Writer In this role as a Technical Writer, you will take global immigration content from multiple sources, and reconfigure it within the client intranet as one source of truth. You’ll also stay on top of daily editorial requests to keep content accurate. The information you publish will provide quick answers to immigration-related questions, and guide employees through professional milestones, such as transferring to a new location or switching jobs and how it can impact your visa status. ***Responsibilities: - Turn complex technical concepts and procedures into clear, readable summaries. - Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others. - Implement content migration to the appropriate Immigration pages on the company intranet from diverse sites and documents. - Implement timely content updates for accuracy. - Optimize content for usability and internal search. - Communicate clearly with the Immigration intranet team and subject matter experts. - Follow best practice to deliver consistent tone of voice and structure. - Maximise help centre content management system functionality. -Use data and user insights to improve content and user experience. -Support the drive to improve how content is organized in the help centre content management system. -Support the drive to deliver quality content at scale by developing documentation for non-writers. ***Minimum Qualifications: -- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. -- Experience with HTML. -- Experience in website analytics.
