Reporting directly to the Senior Quality Manager as Customer Quality Engineer you will be primarily responsible for handling customer complaints, documenting reports to customer's/sales sites as well as managing regular quality & problem-solving meetings. This is very much a customer focused job so you'll need to be confident in chairing client meetings and coming up with solutions to quality related issues. This is a also a highly collaborative role where you will liaise closely with cross functional team members and customers developing strong partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.
