Administration Assistant (Trading Team)
11 month contract. are you an advanced user of excel? do you like working in an analytical environment? cpl are working exclusively with a well established multinational retail organisation to recruit a trading assistant to join their busy team in north cork. reporting to the trading director, key responsibilities will include: interaction with various suppliers to order large amounts of stock across different retail stores. monitor stock levels across retail stores and provide feedback to directors on any issues that may arise. action emergency product withdrawals and keep all relevant departments informed. recall damaged or faulty stock to the regional distribution centre and arrange for collection and credit from suppliers. liaise with relevant departments regarding quality issues. support the director with various administrative duties such as travel arrangements, diary management and other pa tasks as and when requiredrun daily, weekly and monthly reports. build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across the business. the successful candidate will have: level 8 degree. excellent communication, administration, it and document management skills. advanced excel (vlookups and pivot tables) with the ability to run various reports. you will be able to work under strict timelines, on your own initiative and be flexible yet accurate in your approach. you must be able to engage with senior stakeholders. experience of stock ordering within a large/multinational environment is desirable. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
