My client is looking for a Logistics Administrator in their Mahon based offices. This role involves a lot of phone and email work as well as maintaining various spreadsheets. The ideal person will have a friendly personality and strong computer skills. You should also be able to prioritise your workload and be able to multitask. The hours are Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm with half an hour for lunch. Your day to day duties would include but is not limited to: Dealing with suppliers. Organising transport. Checking import/export documents. Dealing with clearance agents. Handling import licences. Dealing with customers. Invoicing. Basic Requirements include but are not limited to: 2 years similar experience in Logistics/Transportation.
