The Role. My client, a government-funded organisation based in Dublin City, is seeking to hire a Business Systems Trainer to join their team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for training and for supporting front line stakeholders and management teams. The successful candidate will join a team of trainers, therefore we are looking for ambitious team players with a capacity to provide high-level training supports, with a focus on operational effectiveness and service excellence. Key Responsibilities. Deliver accessible overviews of our Dynamics 365 Systems. This will include orientation for new staff members and specialised training in response to changing roles, business processes and system functionality. Demonstrates high standards of organisational and time management skills in the delivery of training plans. Deliver bespoke training programs tailored to different internal and external business users to ensure that they are up-to-date with relevant Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365 Systems in response to ongoing operational needs. Deliver training and information that is tailored to particular functional groups which relate directly to the implementation of programmes, including programme rules and design. Take responsibility for first line support for system users where the user needs training and coaching on existing functionality. Provide training that supports staff in the development of their relevant skills and competencies to enable them to perform their assigned roles effectively. Support stakeholders training needs through webinars, video tutorials, use of online resources and the use of technology to support best practice in training delivery. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that Microsoft SharePoint & Dynamics 365 training programmes are well promoted and well utilised in all business teams. Required Experience: At least 2 years prior experience in delivering group and individual training to business user groups. Previous experience in delivering training and support to Microsoft SharePoint & Dynamics 365 end users. Experience in the development of effective training documentation and creation of training support materials and webinars. A proven customer service ethos with strong relationship building skills across business teams and external stakeholders. Be a very experienced communicator in both written and oral presentations and experienced in using multi-media for delivering training. Strong organisational and time management skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and experience using MS Project and MS Visio. The successful candidate will be required to provide training in a number of locations around Ireland. Candidate must provide evidence of a training or learning and development related accreditation (e.g. CIPD, IITD, QQI, Train the Trainer, JEB.
