B2B Marketing Program Manager. Poppulo is seeking a talented, hands-on, self-directed Marketing Program Manager who will be responsible for supporting the execution of priority marketing programs across the global marketing team. As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple programs and campaigns, building a production roadmap and managing available resources, in order to successfully meet our campaign deadlines, and deliver results. Working in Poppulo HQ as part of the global marketing team, this role will require working closely with regional and global marketing teams to support strategy execution, requirements planning, content creation, best practice sharing, and driving operational efficiencies. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, industry-leading technology business to support marketing objectives across digital channels (including email, events, social, display, search, website, webinars, event. The successful candidate will be highly organized and programmatic in his/her approach, is comfortable managing multiple projects across a diverse team with a broad range of specialist skill sets and once operationalised can scale and grow programmes. The right candidate demonstrates an unbridled passion for technology. Key Deliverables : Management, coordination, motivation and development of a team of specialist marketeers. Partner with other Marketing Managers to gather requirements, develop asset delivery roadmaps, and produce digital content assets to support priority campaigns and events. Ownership of multiple digital marketing deliverables that support our key business priorities, ensuring end-to-end project management to successfully meet deadlines and deliver results. Responsibilities: Agile prioritization of the teams project roadmap and production resource allocation. Determining timelines, helping surface requirements and success metrics. Establishing roles, personnel resources, and budgets. Maintaining awareness of progress to goals and controlling feedback loops. Assessing risks. Leading triage when timelines or personnel go awry (and they will. Collaborating with your team of specialists to see that execution goes off as planned. Spearheading collaborative postmortem assessments to feed into the next campaign. Dealing with unforeseen issues, competing priorities, blockers and problem solving. Know how to communicate requirements and feedback to improve project outcomes. Drive and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage prospects and customers across digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.) to support business objectives based on program experience and performance. Basic Requirements: Proven experience managing and executing multiple digital programs. Proven track record managing and developing a team. Excellent & proven project management and planning skills. Extremely well organized and detail oriented. Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables. Team player. Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business judgment. Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English required. Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 5+ years of experience. Strong Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and large projects. Preferred Qualifications. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred. Effective presentation of information and strong communication skills for responding to and coordinating with senior stakeholders as necessary. Superior G Suite skills (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar etc.). Working knowledge of Enterprise tools including Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Salesforce (CRM.
