Cpl HR are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Specialist for a 12-month contract within and exciting and progressive organisation in the healthcare sector. As part of the Organisational Development and Change team you will drive significant and impactful learning and engagement projects across their multi-site operations. The goal will be to ensure that the learning and development initiatives are aligned with the business priorities, as well as managing stakeholder relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED. Design and delivery of in-house training in the organisation. Support the continuous improvement of learning and development. Adapting to best practices and new trends & developments in the space. Communicate results of the training needs analysis. Coordination of all L&D activity. Liaise with senior management to ensure training needs assessments are carried out. Providing reports on L&D KPI's and metrics. Monitor the company training budget. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Third level degree in the HR or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years relevant L&D experience. Experience of designing and delivering L&D programmes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
