The National Parks and Wildlife Service of the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position: •Temporary Horticultural Assistant. These are temporary seasonal roles based in: •Glenveagh National Park. •Killarney National Park (Muckross House and Killarney House. Staff will be required to work 39 hours per week, rostered five days over seven, which may include weekends and bank holidays. Appointees will be chosen by competitive interview. A panel of suitable candidates may also be formed should any additional vacancies arise in the foreseeable future. A full, clean driving licence is essential to the post of Temporary Horticultural Assistant.
