Customer Support Agent. Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Agent/Administration & Client Services Representative to join their team. The position is full time and based in Glasnevin, Dublin. Job Overview. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective handling of inbound and outbound calls, accurately capturing information while promoting services. As part of the customer support team you will provide a professional, pro-active and responsive service to both internal and external customers (business customers, engineering team, management and other departments. Duties & Responsibilities: Call handling (customers, engineers or internal stakeholders. Responding to requests and dealing with complex issues. Handling e-mail requests and queries from customers, engineers or internal stakeholders. Logging fault calls for nationwide engineering team, managing resources, monitoring, closing calls for invoicing. Logging tickets In Access Database managing tickets for all customer queries. Planning, scheduling service and commissioning work with engineers and customers. Schedule updating. Daily issuing of certification. Service contract renewals follow up. Price queries from engineers and customers. Stock ordering (warehouse. Record retrieval, filing, scanning. Updating databases with customer contact details. Supplying customer with documentation. Preparation of quotations for installation, service and commissioning. Liaising with sales team, credit management and logistics team. General office administration. Requirements: Highly motivated, self-starter. Exceptional time management skills. Advanced skills in MS Office: especially Word, Excel, Outlook. Effective telephone skills, including handling complex calls. Exceptional team player. Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to practice sound judgment and demonstrate initiative. Show a well-developed sense of urgency and follow through. A high degree of flexibility, team spirit and independence. Proven experience in busy B2B operations, preferably within construction industry, property management sector, customer service and sales support business areas. Minimum experience of 12 months (within the last 2 years. A third level qualification or relevant experience.
