Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generate and manage sales forecastand achieve activity targets. Proactively contact new prospects to generate high-quality leads and manage the lead generation process. Key input in the design and delivery of the commercial strategy. Negotiate prices with customers whilst meeting agreed sales and margin targets. Strong teamwork focus, ensure full liaison with other team members and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of your territory, be aware of and report on competitor and industry updates. Completion of pre-determined account visits as per the daily/weekly journey plan. Managing existing customer relationships in order to maximise sales volumes. Review & report on area sales performance on a weekly basis, market & competitive factors. Planning, preparing and delivering presentations to communicate new product developments to prospective clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 3+ years’ experience in Sales/Business Development. Good knowledge of chemistry or experience working in industries which use chemicals for cleaning is desirable. Track record in achieving and beating sales targets. Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills. Must hold a full clean drivers licence.
