Our client is an international legal organisation based in Dublin who are looking to add a Business Development Executive to their client services team. The Role. You will work closely with other members of the client services team on all BD initiatives which include capability statements, tender creation and research as well as specific client and market focused initiatives. As part of this position, you will play a key role in communications through updating the firm's intranet and all other internal communication channels as well as managing the organisation database which will incorporate tenders, deals and CRM. You will provide support on key activities relating to the successful implementation of clients and markets plan with a particular focus on business development. There will be an element of reporting on on-going activity for senior management while also providing training to staff on topics like research tools, databases, pitches and tenders. The Person. A qualification in business/marketing or a related discipline is required as well as previous experience in a similar position. An agile and flexible personality, being able to work with a wide range of stakeholders is essential for this position in conjunction with a systemic approach to work. Excellent communication skills are essential with excellent attention to detail and content skills being required. A knowledge of MS Office package is also required with particular emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
