The Role: For us to succeed in creating the perfect hair and beauty experience, we have a highly driven sales team ready to seek new, attractive salons for us to partner with. The Digital Sales Consultant will be taking ownership of Dublin and surrounding areas, driving the business forward through a consultative sales approach. Generating your own leads by cold calling and walk-ins, you will use your market knowledge to ask the right questions and use these answers to guide your pitch, highlighting how Treatwell’s platform and salon software (Connect) can help improve their customer and business experience. This role is key in growing our salon portfolio and you will be confident in delivering a professional and friendly approach to our partners, ensuring Treatwell is their preferred and trusted brand. You will be responsible for: Growing Treatwell’s portfolio of salons in your own region, reporting directly into the City Manager. Researching and identifying prospective new business in your area using a range of different channels. Cold calling and walking into venues which will establish a strong pipeline. Pitching Treatwell to venue owners, selling the key benefits and handling objections. Ensuring strong communication is maintained with other departments based in the head office. Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs. Knowledge & Requirements. Previous B2B sales experience, ideally field based. Excellent planner who can ensure high productivity when covering a large patch. Able to draft a strong pitch to grab the interest of business owners. A consultative approach to selling being able to use questioning effectively. Naturally energetic and genuinely passionate about their work. Full of ideas and always looking for new ways to improve sales productivity. Knowledge of the hair, beauty and wellness industries is desirable. Experience in a technology environment is highly desirable. Perks. Competitive salary. Flexible Holiday Policy.
