Duties Include. Responsible for all aspects of the Website's media. The responsibility of the sales team ensuring monthly sales targets are met. Identifying and pursuing new customers. Persuading clients to buy advertising space and videos. Develop strong working relationships with repeat customers to encourage their continued business. Manage the editorial team and meet weekly with them ensuring they have their week planned with suitable content. Manage the Video Team and meet weekly to discuss the video shoots taking place that week and that the videos are being edited and presented for customers in a timely manner. Present marketing plans including costs to shareholders for approval. Attend shows and events as required out of normal hours. Present weekly and monthly reports to the shareholders including Sales figures and Reports. Perform other duties as assigned to help our Client achieve their objectives.
