Human Resources Administrator. An initial 6 month contract has become available with an award winning multinational organisation based in Cork. You will provide analytical, technical and administrative support to the Human Resources team. Responsibilities: HR database management. Logging all HR related queries on internal system –payroll, holiday entitlements etc. Answering queries via phone and email. Provide daily administration support for HR team. Running and creating reports as requested. Maintain and update employee files and ensure compliance with Data protection legislation. Other adoc administration duties. Requirements: Must have 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role. Excellent IT skills. Strong administration skills. A background in HR, or qualification in HR is an advantage.
