Our Galway based client is seeking a fledgling HR professional with fluency in DUTCH to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Graduate to gain invaluable experience with a large MNC. The Job: The HR Information Specialist will be the person of contact for employees based in the Netherlands and Belgium on a wide range of questions including; legislation, employment terms & HR systems. The successful candidate will liaise with employees to explain company HR Policies, benefits and procedures. You will will retain ownership of assigned cases until closure with the end. You will assist with a wide variety of general admin projects, provide technical and skilled clerical support. You will generate letters, contracts, correspondence, forms and other HR related documents. Essential Criteria: Fluency in Dutch is paramount to this role . We are seeking an individual qualified to degree level in HR or Human Resources Information Systems discipline. 1-3 years HR experience or relevant diploma with 2 years customer experience will be considered.
