As a Chef De Partie you are responsible for supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen with a salary of €29,000-33,000 DOE, check additional perks. Key Duties: As Chef De Partie you will take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Hotel. Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef. You will ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
