Who we are looking for? The successful candidate will have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional and pleasant telephone manner. Previous experience in a reception/customer service based role. An enthusiastic, efficient, positive, results orientated approach with exceptional levels of customer care. Strong Computer Literacy MS Office with previous experience MS Office. Qualification in Business Studies, Marketing and/or accounting desirable. Must be fluent in English and have excellent organisational skills. The Role: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting and meeting customers & visitors. Management of reception, ensuring an efficient, professional reception service. Showroom host for sales customers. Dealing with customer requirements and queries in an efficient and courteous manner both by phone and at reception. Assist with Sales & Aftersales department projects including Marketing & Sales projectsincluding updating customer and in-house databases, marketing campaigns & promotions. Assisting with day-to-day management of online marketing presence including website & social media. Ad hoc administration duties as required.
