This research-based biopharmaceutical company based in East Cork is looking to hire an experienced Project Coordinator to work in their Labelling Department for a 12 month maternity leave contract. The role entails: Creating artwork brief for outsourced artwork provider. Uploading / Downloading artwork to and from the Labelling Management system to facilitate artwork creation and to review and correct where required. Creating documentation to support artwork activities and liaise with Planning, Purchasing and Quality Assurance. Liaising with the outsourced artwork provider, Graphic Designers and Internal Reviewer to ensure the timely completion of artwork and to resolve any issues/concerns. Adhering to SOPs to maintain standards and quality. May update and create secondary packaging Bills of materials. You must have: Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and administrative policies. Ability to follow direction and work under supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to develop logical step by step plans. Typical Education & Experience: BS or BA typically required. Prior experience in a related industry in a documentation support / QA type role is a plus. Terms: Depending on experience. Full-time, 12 months' contract.
