Key Summary: Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join their team. This role will allow you to deal with all aspects of the day to day operations of most successful retailers in Ireland. Their Duty Managers are all about teamwork. Your Job: The Duty Manager will lead own team daily and, in the absence of the Store Manager, the store team as a whole. Your role will include recruitment of staff, their training & development and performance management. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service & maintain Health & Safety standards. You will ensure achievement of the Store's KPI targets in terms of sales and costs. The Duty Manager will maintain Store presentation and merchandising standards. You will be managing stock levels and movement effectively. Essential Criteria: Minimum two years' experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. Proven track record of successful people management.
