They are currently recruiting a Supplier Relationship Specialist for a full time permanent position with salary from €45k - €55k DOE. Located in Park West Dublin 12. The Supplier Relationship Specialist will be working closely with different business functions and coordinating the Supplier Operations with a procurement and operational function. Managing the Request Quotation process (RFQ), contracts and cost with new and existing vendors. The Requirements of the Supplier Relationship Specialist: Building and maintaining relationships with 3rd Party suppliers. The SRS will help drive competitive advantage and deliver commercial gain, through adding value to the company margin. Working with the Key stakeholders in determining the criteria for successful supplier selection. Partner internally to develop supplier strategies that result in simplified supplier programs. Business Review coordination with the 3rd Party Suppliers to define the rhythm and drive the improvement targets. Data Compliance and Business Contingency planning and coordination with the Suppliers. Contract Mgmt. - Work with Legal on the negotiations on contract definition that fulfils both the company and supplier requirements. Supporting the overall Tender process (Request for Quotation. Rebate / Freight / Credit term review and negotiation across 3rd Party Suppliers and other future Suppliers. Project coordination with internal and external Key stakeholders and 3rd Parties. Required Skills and Experience. 3 + Years’ demonstrated work experience in Vendor/Supplier partnership management experience essential. Advanced level on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. Experience on Cost and trend analysis. Conflict & negotiation experience. Education and Qualifications. Diploma or Degree in Business or Supply chain disciplines would be advantageous.
