Role Description As Marketing Assistant reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation, tracking and optimising of marketing strategies across all channels, including print and digital. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales conversions in alignment with overall strategy. Assist with the planning and execution of web, database, email, social media tactics in addition to offline segment campaigns. Measure and report performance of campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise sales. Close liaison with external agencies. Conducting market research as required for projects. Assist in event organisation as required. Manage additional projects as required. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field. Highly creative individual with a passion for marketing. Excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of website analytics tools. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement. Ability to drive brand awareness. A keen interest in the food sector. Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure. Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
