What will you be doing? Selling advertising to a client base over the phone. You will have weekly KPIs to hit each week such as sales revenue, calls and average sales order value. What do you need for the role? • Strong negotiation, influencing and people skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Willingness to work as part of a team and support others in the company. • Can-do positive attitude to deliver exactly what we promise to our advertising clients. • Willingness to listen and understand client needs and offer top-notch customer service. • Keen interest in attention to detail and always being professional. • An ability to self-motivate and be proactive with a focus on success. • The Advertising packages would be digital and print packages so experience in both would be an advantage.
