Deputy Manager – South Dublin. My client is looking to recruit a Deputy manager for their store in South Dublin. This is a great opportunity to progress into a company that believe in their people and want to train and develop their teams into the best. My client is a Luxury Irish craft and giftware specialist who opened their doors over 50 years ago. They have grown from strength to strength with 16 stores around Ireland and branching into new areas. Responsibilities: Assist the Store manager in the day to day running of the store while optimise sales and KPI’s across all departments through strong analytical skills. Ensure promotions, layout and merchandising reflect the best offer to the customer. To lead by example in all aspects of the customer journey to ensure the store provides outstanding service at every customer touch point. Lead, direct and coach your team with all aspects of company operations to achieve targets and embed the values of the company. Be good with problems solving and solve these in a timely manner that doesn’t in pack the store. Back of office experience with computer skills, ensuring delivers are scheduled and checked and paper work is kept up to date. Requirements: Most have 2 years management experience. Most be commercial who strives for KPI’s to be exceeded. Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills. Have a passion for fashion and eye for detail.
