Our client, an established general building contractor has a position available immediately for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work in the Dublin area. The ideal person for this positon will be degree qualified and will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for building contractors.   Key Accountabilities and Deliverables: ·Maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management. ·Protection of company’s commercial position. ·Administering Contract Records. ·Production of monthly reports. ·Preparation of final reports. ·Overseeing the Procurement function. ·Developing relationships with clients / supply chain / professional team.     Salary will depend on experience.
