Acrow Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Dublin to work with one of Irelands leading main contractors. Our client operates in Pharmaceutical, Education, Leisure & Hospitality, Health, Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors. Duties: •Monitoring the work delivered by the other Quantity Surveyors in the team ensuring it is accurate and produced on time. •Preparing Cost Reports. •Preparing Monthly Valuations. •Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts. •Preparing Bills of Quantities. Requirements: •Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics. •Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with main contractor. Salary and Package will depend on experience.
