My Client, an international construction company, who work on a broad portfolio of projects across a range of sectors, including; Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical etc, are currently looking for a Services Co-Ordinator to work on their Dublin based projects. Experience in developing design proposals at sketch, detail design and production stages is a must; and an ability to explore and identify solutions to complex problems, while ensuring strict deadlines and safety protocol are met. Requirements: - Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification in Construction Engineering or Building Services. - Preferably 3+ years’ experience with a Main Contractor or Building Services Contractor; or have Consultant expertise in Building Services of Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler & Process Systems. - Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package and AutoCAD. - Proven track record working on Commercial / Industrial Projects. Salary commensurate with experience.
