As a Customer Service Controller, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to customers by ensuring their needs are met. You’ll also directly manage a team of four – seven Engineers, acting as a mentor, addressing performance issues and undertaking regular update meetings with individual team members. Making sure that the appropriate resources are available to meet customers’ service needs through capacity and capability planning, you’ll lead the end-to-end repair process from identification through to closing the work order. You’ll maintain clear consistent communication with the customer throughout the service repair process and help to deliver the lowest cost of equipment ownership. Additionally, you will: - Create service quotes of up to €3,000. - Use customer feedback and metrics to improve the customer experience. - Drive continuous improvement through the effective use of data. To be considered for this role, you must have: - At least three years’ experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role. - Supervisory or team leadership experience. - A foundation level engineering qualification. Financially and commercially aware, as a Customer Service Controller, you will be a champion of safety, highly organised and a strong communicator. A customer driven approach will be key, as will a strong sense of ownership for customers’ care and experience.
