Our Client is a top ten Accountancy Practice with multiple branch offices nationwide. They are the industry leaders in providing taxation and accounts to farmers and agri-related businesses while also providing a specialised service to a significant portfolio of SMEs and non-agri clients. Gemma Hayes Recruitment in conjunction with our client are seeking to recruit a Practice Manager for their National Tax Department in their Dublin Head Office. Our client’s National Tax Department supports their local branch offices and provides specialist advice on tax planning to Legal and Financial Professionals, Farmers, and Businesses. THE ROLE. The role will require the individual to liaise between our client’s Tax Department and all users of our client’s Tax Service, together with assisting the Head of Tax in the following areas: Management of W.I.P and case delivery dates. Preparation of Monthly Performance Reports. Monthly invoicing. Debtor Control. Identifying tax opportunities within our client’s Branch Network. THE CANDIDATE. This is a FULL-TIME permanent position, which will suit someone with a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ practice experience working with Tax and Accounts. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can work on their own initiative with: Administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience using Client Management Systems. Experience working to tight deadlines and meeting targets. Excellent Time Management skills and attention to detail. QUALIFICATION. The ideal candidate must be qualified to degree level with a professional accountancy-related qualification. REMUNERATION. Your remuneration package will be based on experience and qualifications. Due to the urgency of this vacancy, our client is not willing to go down the route of work permits/visas/sponsorship, therefore, all candidates must have permission to work in Ireland.
