Medical Information Analysts needed for a biopharmaceutical company based in Cork. Native German and French speakers required. THE ROLE. * Manage customer queries regarding products/medical devices from healthcare professionals. * Accurate recording of all customer queries in the medical information database. * Support global/regional Medical Information projects. * Ensure optimal Customer satisfaction. * Ensure high levels of confidentiality to protect customer sensitive data. REQUIREMENTS. * Fluency in English and French OR German. * Bachelor degree, diploma, medical or pharmaceutical technical assistant or equivalent in health care, natural sciences, pharmacy, nutritional specialists or a related discipline, * Excellent written skills.
