Office Administrator Galway
My Galway City based client is in need of an experienced office administrator to assist in their busy office. This is a part time, ongoing temporary contract. The desired administrator will possess the following skills: - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Need to have a good level of computer literacy. - Experience working with invoices and payroll desirable but not essential. - Good communication skills. - Strong organisational skills. - Good client management skills. - Previous experience in a similar role. This is a part time position. The hours for this role are Monday- Friday 10am-2pm The client is looking to fill this role as soon as possible so the successful administrator will need to be available for an immediate start.
