Role Summary: An ideal opportunity to get a start in the thriving Logistics sector as a Customer Service Assistant based in Drogheda. Role & Responsibilities: Provide Customer Service support to the Customer Service Manager. Manage communication flow between the Customer and Internal Team. Generate daily/weekly planning files. Attend weekly meeting with Customer to review plan. Provide daily reports highlighting new orders, and following up issues with Customer and Internal teams. Updating delivery information on Customer system and checking for accuracy of information. Generating data for KPI reporting and reviews. Rating of transport jobs in internal system and checking against Customer files. Provide cover for Customer Service Manager.
