Our client is looking for a strong PMO lead on a fixed term contract for 3 years. Key Responsibilities: o Support programme management across the service improvement portfolio. o Support cross programme analysis, identify and manage inter-dependencies and key risks. o Support project managers, project teams and sponsors on delivery of multiple project. o Provide direction, training and guidance to staff in project, programme and change management. o Produce and present presentations, reports and documents to senior management. o Work closely and effectively with management and project teams securing the buy-in and involvement of the key stakeholders to these project activities. o Facilitate steering committees, stakeholders and project teams where required. o Build capacity and provide expertise on project management and change methodologies. o Provide expert guidance to project managers, sponsors and implementation groups on programmatic approaches, governance and supporting structures. o Build capacity on tracking and monitoring the portfolio of projects on timeline, stage delivery and quality. o Facilitate groups in logic modelling, process analysis, data analysis, requirements gathering and workshops. o Lead in rolling out project management process and improvement through coaching, best practice and adoption of lessons learned. o Support in processes for quality, compliance and risk management. o Provide project assurance, recommendations on project issue resolution. o Contributing to the development of the wider organisation o Specification and design of standard and ad-hoc graphical analysis reports, dashboards, status reports, project metrics and reporting. o Perform project analysis to identify project structure issues, opportunities for improvement, and potential future project management risks. o Determine how results will be measured and provide support in the measurement and the interpretation of results.
