Social Media Lead Generator. Our client are looking for a ​Researcher​​ to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a team and for pro-actively creating relationships with some of the biggest creators on YouTube. The role is prime in ensuring that our client is engaged with the best creators across a variety of niches. What you’ll do: Extensively research, identify and start relationships with important YouTube creators across over 30 niches. Serve as the initial point of contact with them on our client's behalf - educate and try to put a plan in place about how they can partner with our clients. Present on a weekly basis to our Business Development and Account Management teams in relation to creators who are strong fits to collaborate with clients. Build out our clients database of creators - and be consistently aware of who they've got, and the potential opportunities that exist. Own the outreach process from A-Z - with a focus on your output and scheduling - but always thinking about how you can optimize processes, improve the success rate, etc. What we’re looking for: Someone with a general understanding of YouTube, with a strong motivation to learn the ins and outs quickly. You’ll already have flawless oral and written communication, organization and planning are key - you can manage your own time. Someone who can follow strict deadlines and consistently hit KPIs (in terms of output. Someone who has the ability to manage and power through a large workload. Someone who will concisely and convincingly present to our other internal teams on why your creators are a good fit for our clients.
