Store Manager – Dublin. Great position has arisen for a retail manager wanting to take the next step in their career. My client is a leading Irish owned furniture company who are looking for an experienced retail manager to take on a new store opening. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to develop their team to be the best sales persons in the business. Responsibilities: Lead and develop your team within the store to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Create an engaged, positive working environment and strong selling culture. Manage budgets, staff roaster and any HR issues that may arise. Market promotions, watching trends and develop the store and products by using social media. Maintaining and merchandising the store. Ensure that procedures and legal requirements pertaining to health, safety, hygiene and security are adhered to and that all necessary procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. Experience / Requirements: Have a background in retail sales and purchasing. Excellent communications skills who can work within a large team and lead them to success. Has a great understanding of customer service and what the customer needs. Ambitious with the proven ability to take initiative and understand the essential role of running the store.
