HR & Payroll Officer. Role Summary. Responsible for providing support across various human resource functions, which include being first port of call for all HR initiatives, performance monitoring, engagement, employee relations as well as people development for this fun and creative international brand. The Human Resource Officer will also be responsible for payroll duties. Responsibilities: HR. Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations. Organise staff training sessions. Attendance monitoring and laising with staff on same. Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on talent planning requirements. Market the business as the go to employer in their space. Develop and implement human resources plans, policies and procedures. Promote workplace safety awareness. Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits. On-boarding. Payroll. * Calculate monthly payroll for 40 staff. * Setting up new staff on payroll system and ensuring new starters are correctly set up ensuring tax compliance. * Prepare monthly payroll journals and post to system. * Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and reports for management. * Cost saving analysis. * BIK Calculations. * Monitor staff expenses to ensure they are in line with company policy. * Pension.
