Executive Assistant. We have an amazing opportunity within a Family owned Business in Wexford. We at The Noel Group are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will h ave excellent attention to detail, previous experience in a HR role, be a confident communicator, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a diplomatic & professional approach. Main Duties: Provide support to the MD. Advise, assist and support the Heads of Department in all aspects of managing their team to include but not limited to: recruitment, training, performance management; Ensure that all employee queries are responded to in a timely manner; To schedule and coordinate training as required; To advise, assist and support the Heads of Department in managing the disciplinary process, ensuring that all requirements are met with regards, to fair process, separation of process and time frames, liaising with the Group HR Manager as required. Ensure the effective implementation and delivery of any group-wide HR projects/initiatives in the hotel; Maintain open and regular communication with HOD's; Be the single point of contact in relation to any Health and Safety Incidents or insurance related items; We thank you applying for this position currently being sourced by The Noel Group.
