Regional Operations Manager: Dublin. Our client a leading Supplier of Building Materials are seeking to recruit a : Regional Operations Manager. Responsibilities. Working closely with the Group Sales Manager and Group Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive consistently excellent service through our branch network. Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the business premises to maintain the safety and well-being of all staff, customers and visitors. Ensuring that stock is consistently well managed and remains at optimal levels. Working closely with the Operations Supervisors in all Branches to ensure the provision of a timely, efficient and safe delivery service. Taking a lead role in the operational set up of new Branches. The recruitment, development and coaching of key operations staff. Requirements. As a natural self-starter, you will display a strong personal work ethic. Excellent communication, inter-personal and people management skills are key. A minimum of 3 years in a similar multi-site role is essential.
